Most individuals facing a life-limiting illness want to learn their
options concerning end-of-life care prior to a crisis occurring.
Questions such as, “As my disease progresses, how can I continue
to stay at home?” and “How can my family and I get the support
needed to do it?”
Center for Hospice Care strives for you to be able to make the
most of each day. You’ll have choices in the direction of your
care supported by a full team of professionals that are focused
upon your custom created care plan. And, hospice is covered by
Medicare and private insurance making it virtually free.
We’re a local, not-for-prot organization who has served nearly
44,000 area patients and families since 1980, and specically,
