o $49.00 application fee per adult over 18 years of age

o Security Deposit based off approval will follow into one of the queue’s below:

▪ Once your client has found their home of choice locate the home at
www.firstkeyhomes.com and click on the apply now hyper link.
o This will redirect your client to create an account with Rent Café.
▪
All documents are submitted via Rent Café.
o Please do not email FKH any personal documents pertaining to your client.
▪
Once approved, applicant is required to Sign their lease within 24 hours, and pay the security
deposit with 48 hours. This will remove the property from the market.
▪
Leasing Coordinator will schedule Move In within 14 days of approval date.
o If Move In is not performed within 14 days of Approval application will
be canceled.
o If your client chooses to change their Move In date within the 14-day approval
period, a lease re-generation fee of $250.00 is applied.
▪
72 hours before the Move-In Date applicant is required to provide all remaining move
in funds and Renter’s insurance documents.
▪
Client renter’s insurance, ensure the following is applied to avoid charges:
o Send a copy of your insurance policy or declaration page to your lease coordinator.
