The Senior Accountant - Acquisitions Build to Rent will analyze, research, and prepare nancial information
to support monthly reporting deadlines. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, the Senior Acct must
have a complete understanding of the full trial balance. This role will leverage Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles ("GAAP") to record property acquisition, build to rent, capitalization policies, transfers,
and disposal transactions and assist in month-end close by providing nancial schedules and analysis.

information to support monthly reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion and issuance of accurate

require continuous communication and establishing relationships throughout eld markets and the

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II

The Service Technician will visit our family of residents in the homes they are leasing from FirstKey Homes
and homes while providing the highest levels of customer service to our family of residents. Physically
repair homes within a given submarket. Working with small teams and independently, they will respond to
all assigned maintenance requests and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining
a high level of customer service and protecting company assets. The Service Technician will require driving
to properties within the applicable market to address maintenance issues using their own personal tools.
Large tools and equipment are provided by the company.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Cincinnati, OH
The Property Manager is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of company operations in the
assigned market including, leasing, property management, nancial performance, and collections for their
respective territory. The Property Manager must facilitate strong working relationships with the local market
teams, the national and centralized support teams and third-party business partners. The Property Manager
will play an active role in the entire resident journey from lease application, to brand management of the
resident experience to move out.

this role will be the Carolinas, Chicago, Indianapolis, Memphis, Nashville, Columbus, St. Louis.
